United Hope – Typhoon fundraiser and lumpia-eating contest at Jewish Mother

Please join United Hope: Typhoon Haiyan Relief Benefit for a Happy Hour Fundraiser on Monday, Dec. 2 from 6-11 p.m. at The Jewish Mother Hilltop!We will be hosting the first Lumpia Eating Competition in Hampton Roads!

DJ El Capone will be on the ones & twos with DJ BLong from 91.1 to host the night! …

Performances from Cheap Thrills, PROJECTJAH, James Arellano, Scottie P and many more!

Happy Hour drink and food specials will be going on from 6-9PM.

Admission is a $20 donation which includes one raffle ticket!
Additional raffle tickets may be purchased: 3 for $5, 8 for $10, 16 for $20. Prizes will be raffled throughout the night! (Restaurants, products, services, and more)

All donations will be split evenly to the following organizations: Shelter Box, Operation Smile and Connect Project!

Shelter Box provides tents and shelters for people whose homes were devastated in the storm.

The Connect Project provides transportation services for families who have been separated due to the typhoon.

***This is a 100% volunteer run event! 100% of all the money collected at the door, raffle, lumpia eating contest, and cash donations will be given directly to the relied efforts in the Philippines! Thank you for your support!***

*United Hope for Typhoon Haiyan Relief is a community force comprised of young professionals from various organizations and of diverse professions. The group is facilitated by the The Young Filipino-American Professionals of Hampton Roads but the events are independent.
